All planners include pages for one quarter of the year, consisting of 3 months with a total of 13 weeks.
Monthly calendars are standard Sunday through Saturday format. Weekly calendars are Monday through Sunday.

Dated and undated editions include all the same page types, but they are arranged in a different order.

Dated Editions

For dated editions, the goal-setting, financial, weekly, and daily pages for each month are grouped behind the title page for that specific month. These page groups are then arranged in order, month by month, so that the user progresses through the planner page by page, in order.

Every week begins on a Monday, and weeks are kept together. This means that for most months there are a few stray days at the beginning and/or end of the month that will be grouped with the previous or following month in order to make the weeks come out even. Some months will have more weeks than others.

Future planning pages and notes pages are found at the end of the planner.

Undated Editions

For undated editions, all of the the goal-setting and financial pages for each month are grouped behind their respective monthly title pages at the front of the planner. All three monthly sections are at the front of the planner.

This monthly section is followed by thirteen weekly sections, each with a weekly title page followed by the weekly organizational pages and the daily pages for that week.

You can use them in this order or rearrange the sections to fit the time period for which you are using the planner. Some months may have four weeks, while others have five.

Future planning pages and notes pages are found at the end of the planner.

That said, one of the advantages of printable planners is that you can rearrange the pages. I’ve designed these planners so that the sections are modular and can be rearranged into a different order without creating a lot of orphaned pages.

Suggested Page Uses

Monthly Campaign Objectives Page

This page is for planning monthly progress toward long-term goals. Space is provided for up to three goals.

  • A “Campaign” is a long-term life goal.

  • An “Objective” is a milestone toward reaching that goal

  • Next Steps are the specific tasks you need to do next in order to reach the Objective you are currently working toward. Consider how much you will realistically be able to accomplish this month and plan accordingly.

  • The calendar at the bottom of the column is for tracking which days you worked on this goal during this month.

  • Pull from your monthly “Next Steps” to populate the “Growth” section of your weekly dashboard pages.

Goal setting sheet with room for up to three long-term goals. Chart sections for each goal are titled Campaign, Objective, and Next Steps, and there's a mini calendar at the bottom of each goal.

Monthly Adventure Board Page

This is a running to-do list of things that aren’t urgent and may not be “next steps” toward long-term goals, but which you would like to accomplish and don’t want to just forget about.

Pull from this list as you have room in your schedule.

Each month, refresh your adventure board by checking off what you’ve accomplished and evaluating what’s left to see if you still think it has a place on your adventure board or if it’s time to cancel that adventure.

Includes space to offer yourself a reward for accomplishing each task.

  • For each day of the month, shade in the boxes for each increment you reached that day. (ex. if you wrote 350 words, you’d shade the spaces for 100, 200, and 300, as well as half of the 400 box)
