Francine, the Finance Fairy, is flummoxed!

It would be a lot easier to keep this website functioning properly if there was enough funding for the project. But money doesn’t grow on trees.

Francine can pinch a penny as thin as any finance fairy out there, but there’s only so much she can do with pebbles and cobwebs and a little pixie paste.
